I think everybody over the age of 18 needs to have a durable power of attorney, in case something happens, somebody can handle your financial affairs for you. A healthcare surrogate, and a living will in case something medically happens to you, you’ve already made a statement as to what you would like or not like to have happen to any artificial machines to keep you alive.
