The simple answer to that question is, “Do another one here in the State of Florida.” If you pass away here in Florida, and you have a will from another state, and we submit that for probate, the Florida Probate Court doesn’t know if that’s a good and valid will according to the state laws where it was executed. So we’re going to need an order from a court where it was originally signed before we can proceed here. So it’s going to be more time consuming and more costly. It’s going to be so much cheaper, simpler, and easier just to do a new will here in Florida. Are you ready to speak to a Florida attorney?
